Entrepreneurs: The new breed of people that are emerging in our society. Basically, we are that set of people who like to do things in a different way. It is funny that I would use the word “Breed” in my first line, funny because I am going to make a conversion between horses and entrepreneurs. Now you may think it as stupid, but if you think carefully there are many striking similarities between entrepreneurs and the four-legged majestic creatures. There are types of horses and entrepreneurs which we will compare.
Soldier Horse
Soldier Horses are those horses that were used in wars by the soldiers (obviously). Fortunately, these types of horses are no longer there but these kinds of people are still there. If you are from this planet, you would have seen these horses in films and TV shows, where they show wars from the previous era and if you would have noticed these horses somehow end up being dead. There are entrepreneurs that are like those soldier horses who have the capabilities to rise and shine but fail to do so because they are afraid of taking that long blind run and usually give up on their dreams while fighting with their inner demons.
Cart Pulling Horse
The second category is those horses that pull carts of fruits and vegetables. These are the people who are born to be entrepreneurs and have the required skill set but are too afraid to quit their job and think beyond a monotonous daily routine and a fixed salary. These people prefer to work for someone than pursuing their dreams just because they have no confidence in themselves. They want to break free but their inhibitions, background, and circumstances pull them back to the old mundane life. But if these workhorses decide to do what they want to, then nobody can stop them.
Race Horse
The third category is the racehorse that strives and works hard to win the race each and every time it enters a race track. Irrelevant of the result, they give their hundred percent time and again. If they lose the race, they try again and if victory comes along the way, train for the next big race. That is the life of a true entrepreneur that actually follows their dream and tries to make it true; irrelevant of what life offers them in each and every stage. They work hard day in and day out and also learn from the mistakes they have made in the past and try not to repeat them in the future again. The “Stallionpreneurs” , the majestic and passionate people who make this world a competitive, progressive and a fun place to live in.
The leisure horse
The special category of entrepreneurs that run their own startup in weekends and work for someone else the rest five days, these people are always going to quit their job to follow their dreams but unfortunately, their salary pulls them down from making that climb to reach the zenith they deserve and can achieve. Well, these are the types of horses, oh sorry! Entrepreneurs that exist in this world. You have to decide which one are you if you run a business or wanting to run a business of your own. In the end, we would just like to say make that leap of faith, because that leap is going to take you places, places you have never been before.
